How to Return

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you want to cancel your order. Then you have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
             
To start a return, you must email us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer pays for return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
             
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay return postage. Item(s) can only be returned if they are still in their original condition. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
                
Your order should be returned via tracked delivery with your name and order number on the invoice. It is very important you get proof of delivery, if you don’t, we cannot help you if the parcel is gone missing.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Expected processing timescale is 14 working days.
             
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
